Savoury Ground Beef Sliders

- 454 g (1 lb) Kirkland Signature Organic Lean Ground Beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 15 mL (1 Tbsp) steak sauce or Worcestershire sauce
- 5 mL (1 tsp) steak rub seasoning
- 60 mL (¼ cup) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 8 small hamburger/slider buns
- Toppings: sliced tomato, onion, pickles, lettuce and condiments (optional)
In a large bowl, mix the meat and egg together with a large spoon. Add steak sauce, seasoning and cheese. Gently mix until well combined.
With clean hands, form mixture into 8 patties, about 60 mL (¼ cup) each. Place patties on the hot grill. Cook for about 3 minutes, then flip to cook other side. Cook until meat reaches an internal temperature of 71 C (160 F). Remove patties from the grill.
Place each patty on a bottom bun, add desired toppings and top with a bun top. Makes 8 sliders.
Note: Instead of grilling, cook the patties on a griddle pan on the stovetop over medium-high heat.
