Orders that contain items tagged "Costco Grocery" totalling less than $75 (before taxes and after discounts) are subject to a $3 per unit Costco Grocery Surcharge.

The $75 order minimum applies to Costco Grocery items only, not the total order value.

Certain areas may require an additional Shipping and Handling fee per unit. This fee will be quoted at checkout.

When we are able to ship a full box of items, it allows us to reduce delivery costs. We return the savings to you by waiving the Costco Grocery Surcharge.

A services and delivery fee applies. Instacart Express members get free delivery. Minimum order of $35 before taxes

Orders may only be delivered to one address.

Each item will provide you with an estimated delivery date, please ensure your postal code is updated to ensure the most accurate date is being shown.

Depending on your order size, orders may be shipping using an alternate shipping method, which may add a delay in delivery. In such events, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time.

All time-frames are approximate, once shipped you will receive a ship confirmation email with tracking in which you will be able to monitor the package status.

Orders arrive the same day, next day, or day of your choice.

Orders are delivered in a 1-hour delivery window in as little as 2 hours.

Events out of our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, strikes, walkouts, technical difficulties) may impact the delivery window.

Costco Grocery orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of it being placed. If it has been more than 1 hour, you will not be able to cancel your order. Should you wish to return your order, please visit your local warehouse for a full and immediate refund. If you are unable to visit your local warehouse, please review our Costco.ca return options.

Purchases made through Costco’s Same-day Delivery service are subject to Instacart’s Refund, Returns, and Cancellation policy.
