Chicken and Avocado Mayo Wrap

  • 1 avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 15 mL (1 Tbsp) mayonnaise
  • 180 mL (¾ cup) chicken, cooked and chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 large tortilla wrap
  • Handful of lettuce leaves

    This delicious and healthy lunchtime recipe is perfect for kids—and adults too.

    Mash the avocado, then mix it with the mayonnaise and chicken. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper. Arrange a layer of lettuce leaves on the tortilla wrap. Spoon the chicken and avocado mixture on top. Wrap up tightly and serve immediately. Makes 1 to 2 servings.
