Melon Skewers


  • 1 cantaloupe, halved
  • 1 honeydew, halved
  • 1 small seedless watermelon, halved
  • Wooden skewers
  •  

    DRIZZLE

  • 60 mL (¼ cup) honey
  • 30 mL (2 Tbsp) lime juice
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) mint, chopped

Clean seeds out of both the cantaloupe and the honeydew. Using a melon baller, scoop out flesh from the melons. Thread alternating fruit pieces onto wooden skewers.

Prepare the drizzle: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice and mint. Drizzle over the top of the prepared fruit skewers. Allow to stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving. Makes 16 servings.
