Oscietra Classic has large grained pearls (2.7 mm to 3.0 mm). Their colour is usually dark grey, dark brown and sometimes black. The membrane is on average firm and the texture is normally never too dry with dark bronze hues. The caviar is exquisite with its rich and full bodied flavour. The intensity of the nutty and buttery notes tend to grow more intense as the caviar matures
