Farmed Beluga caviar of Acipenser Huso Huso, produced in a controlled environment of aquaculture farms, recently gained popularity with caviar lovers all over the world. The flavor of farmed Beluga caviar has been described as buttery and nutty, not too salty (Malossol), and is superior to the taste of the Caspian Russian Beluga caviar. Imperial Caviar & Seafood care about our natural environment and work only with farmed sturgeons and hatcheries.
