• ​Orders placed Monday by 2 p.m. (EST/EDT) will be delivered between Wednesday, Thursday, Friday of the following week. (Excluding Statutory Holidays)
• Orders placed from Monday after 2 p.m. (EST/EDT) to Sunday will be delivered two weeks later.

Due to the perishable nature of this item, orders do NOT ship over the weekend. 

This buffalo mozzarella campana D.O.P. is produced in the province of Caserta with 100% fresh pasteurized buffalo milk, natural whey, salt, and rennet. The product carries a DOP denomination complying with specific production specifications.  Its indisputable qualities come from the particular characteristics of the buffalo used to grazing in full freedom, in open air, where nature is uncontaminated and where animals can enjoy a mild climate and warm Mediterranean sun guaranteeing the highest quality DOP product.

Instruction for members upon receiving product:

• Open immediately upon arrival
• Packing should be intact (no damaged seal, leaks, etc.)
• Product temperature should be verified with a calibrated thermometer as 4C or below
• Product should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receiving and verification of temperature
