Costco Pharmacy Home Delivery offers an easy and cost-effective way of ordering your prescription medications.

New prescriptions and medication refills can now be ordered online at Costcopharmacy.ca, 24 hours a day. Your chosen supply of daily medications will be delivered to your home via Canada Post Expedited Parcel™. Shipping is FREE and you will receive your prescriptions in two to five business days. To transfer, refill or submit a new prescription, visit Costcopharmacy.ca and follow these simple online instructions:

1. Create an account

   If you are a returning patient, log in under the Already Registered box.

2. Order a prescription

   For transfers, fill in the pharmacy information where you currently have your prescription. Give us the prescription number(s) and we will transfer your prescription(s) on your behalf.

   For new prescriptions, you or your doctor must send in your written prescription by mail or fax. Faxes must be sent from the office of the prescribing doctor.

3. Verify and confirm your prescription order

4. Track your order

   You will receive an email from Canada Post to allow you to track your delivery.
