Swordfish steaks are moist, flavourful and slightly sweet with meaty texture. Can be prepared in a variety of methods such as baked, grilled, pan seared, skewered and more.
Best results come from a quick cooking time with your favourite seasonings spices or marinades. Low in fat and very nutritious.

An oven mitt or towel will work. If touched briefly it is harmless, but prolonged contact with the skin will cause injury similar to a burn. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN.
