Dose:

Adults 18 and older chew 1 piece slowly and intermittently for 30 minutes whenever you get the desire to smoke
Do not exceed 20 pieces per day

Cautions and Warnings:

Keep out of the reach of children and pets
Do not use if you are under 18 years of age
If the dosage amount you are taking do not help you stop smoking, talk with your healthcare provider about using more than one type of nicotine replacement therapy at the same time
Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a jaw disorder, have heart arrhythmias, have had a heart attack, have angina pectoris, or are allergic to nicotine or any of the non-medicinal ingredients in the product
Do not use if you are an occasional or non-smoker
Ask your doctor before use if you have / have had heart, thyroid, circulation, stomach, liver, kidney, throat or mouth problems, or high blood pressure; take insulin or any prescription medicine
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have or have had: a tumour of the adrenal gland (phaeochromocytoma) or diabetes, because you may need to monitor your blood sugar levels more closely than normal when you stop smoking and start using this product
Can cause: headache, light-headedness, hiccups, upset stomach, and other stomach problems, especially if chewed too quickly or not chewed correctly, burping, increased salivation, jaw ache, unusual taste in your mouth, gingivitis, irritated or inflamed tongue, bleeding gums, tongue discoloration and sores
Other common side effects include mouth or throat soreness, but most people get used to this with ongoing use
Signs of an overdose include nausea/upset stomach, drooling, headache, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, cold sweat, dizziness, disturbed hearing and vision, mental confusion, marked weakness, fainting, rapid heartbeat or difficulty breathing
