• Orders placed Monday by 2 p.m. (EST/EDT) will be delivered between Wednesday, Thursday, Friday of the following week. (Excluding Statutory Holidays)
• Orders placed from Monday after 2 p.m. (EST/EDT) to Sunday will be delivered two weeks later.

Due to the perishable nature of this item, orders do NOT ship over the weekend.

Creamy heart with indescribably delicious flavour, this original burrata cheese has a rich and creamy, yet delicate milky taste that can satisfy even the best palate. This is an authentic Italian product imported every week directly from Italy. Traditionally eaten by itself, perhaps with a drizzle of good olive oil, this burrata is presented in a single portion package of 100 gr. Great for kids lunches or mouthwatering charcuterie boards and should be consumed as fresh as possible. We recommend removing it from the refrigerator at least half an hour prior to enjoying it.

*NOTE: Shelf life for fresh products is 7-12 days if stored properly in the refrigerator, in original packaging from date of receiving.
Products can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months. Once thawed, consume within 2-3 days (if stored properly in the refrigerator).

Instruction for members upon receiving product:

• Open immediately upon arrival
• Packing should be intact (no damaged seal, leaks, etc.)
• Product temperature should be verified with a calibrated thermometer as 4C or below
• Product should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receiving and verification of temperature
