La Sierra Serrano Ham is a naturally dry cured ham that is tender, flavourful with a perfect balance of saltiness. It is made from the Duroc breed and traditionally cured for over 16 months.
It is ready to enjoy on its own or in a charcuterie board, and in recipes with vegetables, pasta and many other dishes.
