This Bellota Iberian Spanish chorizo is made with a carefully selected mixture of pork meat from Iberian pata negra bellota pigs. It is minced carefully while seasoned with sea salt, paprika, and other spices giving this cured meat unequaled color, aroma, and flavor. The cut shows a characteristic red, coarse chopped with brilliant fat filtration typical of extensively bred Iberian pigs.
