Italian smoked bacon is also known as Flat Pancetta is obtained using dry cured pork belly of select Italian pork. Rich tasting but with delicate aroma, each piece of Italian smoked bacon is prepared using a selection of spices. The light smoky flavour adds to its unique flavour giving the option be consumed both cooked and uncooked. Sliced thinly it can be used as a substitute for bacon. Cut into cubes in can be used in multitude of cooking recipes.
