1. Install and Launch Costco App
Once installed, launch the app and tap the Membership Card icon.

2. Sign In to Your Account
Follow the instructions on the login page to sign in or create a new account.

3. Get Verified
Verify your membership online*, contact customer service at 1‑800‑463‑3783** or visit the Membership Counter at your local warehouse.

4. Re-Launch the App
Once verified, your Digital Membership Card will appear on screen. Launch the app when entering the warehouse and at checkout!
Navigate the Costco App
We moved a few things around, below is where you can access your Digital Membership Card, Receipts, 2% Reward Estimate, and Weekly Savings.
Digital Membership Card
Access your digital membership card by activating the Account button in the Costco App drawer, located after the Explore and Shop buttons.
View your Receipts
Orders and Purchases can be found just after your digital membership card, which is where you'll find your receipts and order information.
View your 2% Reward
You can also access your 2% reward estimate on the account page, located after Inbox and My Wallet.
View Weekly Savings
Access weekly savings at the beginning of the Explore page by finding the Savings button found after the search field and inbox.
